Payment Currency
You can pay in Australian dollars, US dollars, British pounds, or Euros. By default our prices are displayed in AUD (Australian dollar), but you can browse and purchase in your preferred currency by using the “Select Currency” drop-down menu (located next to the search bar).
Payment Method
Buyers outside Australia: Credit Card or Paypal
For buyers in Australia, the following payment methods are available:
- Bank transfer (bank deposit or internet banking)
- Credit card (processed by Paypal)*
- Paypal
- Australia Post Money Order
*If you wish to pay by credit card without creating a Paypal account, click the link on the left side of the Paypal login screen (you will get to this screen after confirming your order). See the red arrow below.
Order status
Order status is updated when payment clears, and when order is shipped. To check your order status, please go to “My Account”, and click “Order History”. You will also receive an email when your order is shipped.
Privacy
Privacy is important to everyone! When you register, we require only two pieces of personal information: your delivery address and email address. We need this information to deliver your order, and to contact you regarding your order. We absolutely do not pass on this information to any third parties (except Australia Post!).
Please note that we have no access nor record of your financial information. All financial information is processed by Paypal or the banks.

You might notice a slight delay when you enter these pages, because it takes some time for encryption to establish.
